FAQ List
Who is Duane and where is he now?
Back to TopWhat is Mishegaas and what happened to it?Mishegaas -- from the Yiddish for chaos or confusion...also the name of an hilarious game show that appeared occasionally during the Charles Laquidara Radio Hour. "Mish" took on different forms -- sometimes it was a quick pop quiz with great prizes; other times it was a "let's-get-to-know-the-listener" interview, followed by a five-part Q&A segment with lots of great prizes. Back to TopWas Charles really at Woodstock and Monterey? He thinks so, but he was too messed up to actually remember. Apparently, he left before the good part happened. Back to TopWhat is Dutchco?A fictitious company which sells the bogus products you hear about on the Charles Laquidara Radio Hour (e.g. "Woody-B-Gone"). When you hear the jingle, "If it says it's Dutchco, it's so-so." in between real, paid commercials, you know you've been taken for a ride by the sick and warped minds of writers Bob Malatesta (Drill) and Lance Norris. Back to TopWhat is Charles' obsession with Witchi-Tai-To?Song by the nearly forgotten Jim Pepper that is one of Charles' favorites, and most often requested songs. It's also reallllllllly hard to find a copy of your own. Back to TopWhat does "schloony" mean?Spacey, foggy, damp, dreary, demented, confused: adjective for describing anything from someone's personality to the weather. Back to Top |
