Phony dems and reps are both on the dark side. Your buddy was here in Asheville over the weekend. Drooling lobotobamites fawned over him just like the stupid republican assholes did with bush. You can still hug trees and have a soul and a brain. Glad you're waking a little bit but it won't last. If you keep hating one side and glorifying the other without stepping back and seeing the ones controlling both sides, you're wasting time. Much like I am right now. allowing whale hunting is not moving to the middle. I am what most of you would call a right wing nut job and I consider whale hunting murder I have a similar view of late term abortion as well but somehow thats not murder like whale hunting is.on a lighter note dozens of people in cambridge dont know what to do with their "save the whale" bumper stickers they are very conflicted by the fact that supporting obama means supporting whale hunting. I thought sara palin was the only hunter on the ticket? I have to say the pictures of her posing with dead animals were obscene. your right though Charles most of what he is doing is to be viewed as a moderate to be more appealing to the center and right but he will have no chance if he doesnt energize his base and right now he is energizing his base against him. the term divide and conquer is coming to mind and he is doing it to his own party. the democrats are in serious trouble this november and Obama will most likely be out in 2012 and it will be his own fault. it is fun to watch though
