HEY- GET OFF MY LAWN!! (2/13/10)
When I rule the world, there will be no such thing as private beaches. In Hawai'i no one- no matter how rich they are- can own a beach. There is no such thing as private beaches. (Owners pay big bucks for beach-front property, but cannot restrict anyone from swimming in, or walking along, the beach they face).
Also, anyone caught littering the beach would be fined $100 and 1 year of community service; leaving cigarette butts on the beach- fine is doubled and five days in jail.

Let's not forget THOSE people who walk their dogs on the beach, watch their dogs poop on the beach, MAYBE make a feeble attempt to cover it up, just barely with their toe and keep walking. I say, in lieu of the 100 bucks, rub dog excrement all over their bodies and have them clean the dog shit up from the beaches for a year.

When I rule the world, all lakes (esp those that are stocked at taxpayer expense) will have public access.
