Is it simply mass hypnosis? or is it crowd mass mind-control? It is a pretty revealing and remarkable study on human nature.
These folks are not acting- and they are likely normal folk you see every day.

Charles, it's crowd mass mind control. One of my friends is Pentecostal and she took me to a service. They "spoke in tongues" when the pastor told them to and stopped when he told them to. As if the Pastor controlled God's actions. It was like turning on and off a spigot. I mean, I go to church but not as much as I used to. I got burned and now I treat every church with suspicion. I take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt. And yea, that pastor was laughing. All the way to the bank. I bet the first thing he did when he went behind the altar was say "those suckers." In that environment, you are EXPECTED to fall over. It's the grown up version of peer pressure. If you don't comply, your "faith" in God is questioned. I'm going to shut up now because honestly, after getting burned, I just HATE crap like this and I could go on and on about it. I will never be that stupid again.
