Cadaver Derby
There is only one person in the entire world whose death could upstage WBCN and that's Walter Cronkite.
But, it all started with Carradine.
June was not a good month for celebrities:
6/3- David Carradine
6/18- Ali Akbar Khan
6/23- Ed McMahon
6/25- Michael Jackson
6/25-Farrah Fawcett
6/25- Sky Saxon
6/27- Gale Storm
6/28- Billy Mays
6/28- Fred Travalena
6/30- Harve Presnell
July not starting out very well either:
7/1- Karl Malden
7/4- Allen Klein
7/4- Steve McNair
7/4- Drake Levin
7/6- Robert McNamara
7/14- WBCN Radio
7/17- PBXVI (never mind- he just slipped and fell. He's okay.)
7/17- Walter Cronkite
Comments
And now Robert McNamara! Golllllleee, Uncle Chas, when will it all end...?

On the brighter side I am getting more famous everyday (by process of elimination). Charles you better hunker down in your Safe Room with an oxygen tent and some vitamins the celebs are getting lower and lower on the pecking order.

If this were for guessing who is next, I would say Patrick Swayze, Walt Cronkite, and Eddie Van Halen as an actual surprise. The other two are right there.
I would not cringe to see Kissinger and any of the Bush crime family.

You know how like with Kennedy, John Lennon, 9/11, Michael Jackson, people will remember where they were when they learn some momentous news? I was reading this post and this is where I learned the news when I found out that Walter Cronkite was dead.

When Ronald Reagan died, it was the same week as Ray Charles. And that reminded me that Gerald Ford had cashed out the same week as James Brown. So I made up this theory that everytime a major male soul singer died, a Republican ex-president went too. I told someone this, and they said, "They owe us one for Lou Rawls."
MacNamarra was a nominal democrat, but if I were Seal, I'd look both ways crossing the street this week.
