Is it true that bill clinton sent madeline albright to north korea in 1998 or 1999 with the blue prints for a nuclear reactor, a billion dollars and an agreement to not make nuclear weapons with the plutonium? if it is true and kim jong il launches a nuke at japan wiping out the country wont that be essentially the fault of these United States? or rather bill clintons? I really want to know if that is true, i heard that several times and want to know.

Memory Man: You are smoking the wrong stuff at the wrong time again. Where do you come up with this shit? !! I have tried everything- from Google to snopes to truthorfiction.com to Yahoo- and have never seen or read or found anything that even closely RESEMBLES that assertion.
You say you “heard that several times”... Would that be from the little voices, perhaps?
