This doesn’t pass the smell test, nor does his assertion that Ayers is just a guy that lives in his neighborhood. Or that they both served on the Woods Fund Board, and don’t really know each other.
Previously repressed but now recently released documents from the University of Illinois Chicago indicate “ they (Obama and Ayers) attended board meetings, retreats and at least one news conference together as the education program got under way. The two continued to attend meetings together during the 1995-2001 operation of the program, records show.” Looks like this could be BO’s Willie Horton.

Obama was not 8 years old when they served on the Woods foundation. Obama was not 8 years old when he worked on the Chicago Anneberg challenge with Ayers. Need I list more?

You need to ask yourself. Obama is a smart man. He knew nothing about Bill Ayers and his past? He did go to Harvard, right.

Even if he is correct and claims he never heard of him. How come after 9/11 when Ayers made his comments public, Obama still chose to associate with him? If he is willing to lie about Ayers and defend this terrorist what else are we to believe?

Okay- I see where you're coming from Bill. But I have to take offense at your calling we who support Obama “the dumbed down..” I can respond to that by saying that anyone who thinks like you is pretty dumbed down- or at the very least- pretty damn naive.

The only question I have for you is the same one I asked you last year:
Aside from total anarchy and bringing Amerika to its knees resulting in utter and unpredictable chaos- what would you suggest any candidate do who wants to change things? Be real here- The candidates who have been closer to your thinking have always been laughed off the stage and in most cases- not even invited to be debaters. Name one who made it- Look how badly McGovern lost and my guess is he's too far right for you.
I just feel that you go off on all the best candidates because you can sound off and sound cool. The reality is that no one thinking the way you want them to think can get elected in this country in your lifetime. I am guessing that Obama is totally okay with gay marriage- but if he holds on to that he loses the election. So he lets that one go and maybe hopes things will change in that direction as the country becomes more progressive. If he loses the election, we have eight more years of Bush/McCain.
I say, unless you have a positive suggestion about how to get it done, you go with the best candidate and hope it all moves closer to your direction. What am I missing if this is not the case? No griping- just give me some positive suggestions and- Please-make sure they are realistic.
