Only moonbat "it takes a village" lefty logic could blame a Bush education plan for knocking up high school girls. Although clause 29B does encourage teenage pregnancy pacts, we may want to look at the parents of these nimrods and decide how they're doing raising these nitwits. Now if Clinton were still in office I can see how he could have had a hand in this. But in the case of sexually active girls-Bush is clean.
