The thing in my mouth is an un-lit cigarette, borrowed from the ugly guy next to me. (No, I have not started smoking again!) The town is in the current "hub" of Maui- Kahului. The place is the Harley-Davidson parking lot on Dairy Road, adjacent to Walmarts. (There is no Walgren's on Maui).
"Sticky" is slang for Pot, Maui Wowie, Acapulco Gold, Chiba, Loco Weed, Pakalolo. Hopefully, that answers all questions.
