I see 5 twins of the Mother, 8 twins of the Father and one set of identical birth twins-second row. The only boy and girl positioned next to each other in the photo.

Okay, Mary Mary, I'm going to take a wild gamble on this. Tell me what you think. I may be overboard, but at least some have to work:
Second row from top:
At our right, two identical twin girls.
Middle row:
Fraternal- boy and girl in center
Fraternal- boy and girl at outer sides
First row:
the two outer boys and possibly the two boys in the near center, surrounding the toddler.
Okay, it's probably improbable,but so is having this many kids and still looking pretty good. And smiling, even though it IS for a picture. : )

I probably overplayed the twins-hand, but remember, you can't have a boy/girl identical twin set.
Well, I'm no geneticist, but I do love solving mysteries. I'd say the oldest is the boy, who looks about 18 years old. I'm betting the mother started when she was probably about 18 years old too, judging from her face and that would put her at about 37, right?
You know, forget the haircut and the different shade of pants, I can't help but think the two boys on opposite ends of the front row are the exact same age, maybe fraternal.
