I don't know....I would have bought into it if it was produced by someone OTHER than the ACLU.
Now it just feels like just another, typical, "scare the bijuggies out of me" propaganda film.
This is what happens when one hangs with the "dannys of the world" for too long. They march to the "Good Words turned into 'Badspeak' now," column.
examples:
treehuggers = 'bad bad bad' now
liberal = 'bad bad bad' now
civil liberties = 'bad bad bad' now
assisted suicide = 'bad bad bad' now
Take my word for it, if this had been put out by a right-wing org, h would have been drooling at the mouth:
"Ya know, sometimes I agree with these guys, and this is one of those times!" gush gush gush
Hey-
I'll have you know that a pretty young thing from Simmons College rang my bell last night and before I knew what was happening, I was re-enrolled in MASSPIRG after a reeeeal long hiatus. Now I'm saving the tuna, even though I eat those buggers and I have enough tuna fish cans in my house to survive any dirty bomb that comes my way.
I sleep well.........:)
