Pardon Martha? If W had balls, he would have gone to Viet Nam instead of hiding behinds dad's Bar B Q apron. There's no upside for him in pardoning Martha, she's not an FOB or big contributor.
At least Kenny is going down. If Fastow lives up to his plea bargain agreement and rolls over on K.L. and Skilling, it's worth the slap on the wrist he got. Bush may not end up in jail himself, but he's gonna have to go there to visit a lot of his friends.

As much as he deserves to stand trial, don't you think this is rather fortuitous timing for the Bush administration, right before November? "See, we held Kenny Boy responsible!4 more years!"
